Windows Extension (ntx) API. Part of the INtime CIF Driver package is a replacement DLL named cif32dll.dll. This DLL replaces the one provided by Hilscher GmbH with their Windows driver. Once installed, the TenAsys cif32dll.dll DLL routes calls from Windows applications such as SyCon and MsgDbg (both from Hilscher GmbH) to the INtime CIF driver. Appointments are available at all Driver Services Centers for Driver Services transactions including Knowledge Tests and REAL ID.

Customers without an appointment may request an E-Ticket to virtually place themselves in line up to to two hours before arriving at a Driver Services Center when tickets are available.

Customers can now schedule an appointment for knowledge tests at any full-service Driver Services Center. Scheduling an appointment allows a customer to be served at a Driver Services Center on a specific day and time. To make a knowledge test appointment, select Knowledge Test Appointment for service type.

At a Driver Services Center:
CDL skills tests can be scheduled for any of the Commercial Driver License Road Skills Test locations across the state by calling 615-502-4179 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
At a certified third party program participant:

CDL skills tests administered by certified CDL third party program participants may include additional fees or costs for the skills tests.

- Enter the phone number you entered when scheduling the appointment into the search bar
- To cancel, select Cancel and confirm
- To reschedule, click Reschedule and confirm. You will be redirected to select a service type and find a new, avaialbe appointment that works for your schedule.

- After successfully requesting an E-Ticket, customers will have two hours to arrive and check in at the selected center.
- If all E-Tickets have been allotted for a time period, please check back or make an appointment.
